A major geological fault running through this river contains many large copper skarn occurrences. Previous sampling revealed over 275m of skarn showings. Many of them are massive chalcopyrite, with minor bornite, pyrite, sphalerite, pyrrhotite.

This property is currently under option by Kermode Resources Ltd and work is preformed by 911 Exploration Corp.
