In this episode of Mushroom Chef Down, we’re checking out FIG at The Fairmont, where Chef Yousef Ghaliani going up agains Chef Charles Imbelli of the Ace Hotel and Swim Club. It's a Tasted Mushroom Chef Down. Which chef will prevail? Chef Imbelli will be presenting chicken and mushroom pot pie, where as Chef Ghaliani enters the ring with a chicken and maitake mushroom breakfast hash.
Whose culinary magic will reign supreme? Hosts Michael Cruz and Mike Falzone will be the judges.
