I'm almost 100% this is Evetta Muradasilova. The dialogue was recorded 12 years before this and if you hear the Doll, her voice is much deeper and 5 years from Bloodborne, it'd make sense she'd sound like this. Of course, it's not confirmed(yet) but here's just a quick comparison. It also seems that they're fixing the terrible Early Modern English from the Original, thank god!
