In this video, I show you the E80 GbS grinder by Mahlkönig, a German manufacturer of high end coffee grinders. The E80 has 80mm steel milled burrs, that are similar to cast steel burrs (the newer versions come with the cast burrs installed). It also has a powerful motor, and an excellent HMI interface. Maybe the best thing about it, is that it grinds by pre-defined weight, and can even adjust its burr gap automatically, when synced to a compatible machine. Just keep in mind that this can only adjust burr gap for espresso, not filter coffee. Let's have a closer look.
