Test of a Ringborn Stirling Engine. Ringborn SE use a magnet for moving the cylinder instead of a piston rod. You can see this in the close-ups. We show a comparison of the Ringborn next to Standard Low Temperature Stirling Engine. We also demonstrate how the wheel can spin either way. The water in the mug was microwaved for 3 minutes and once the video was finished it continued to power the engine for another 45 minutes.
