It makes it really hard to do our job and serve you effectively as a small business when the larger corporations we rely on don't do their job to the best of their ability. It is especially hard when they view every warranty issue as a favor they are doing for you. So many of us in this industry rely on these raw materials to keep our businesses viable and I feel like we deserve better.
