Track 11 of the Shuusou Gyoku OST, composed by ZUN. This is Magical Girl's Crusade, the Stage 5 boss theme.
This is not the version you will find in the OST release (could be an Akyu's untouched score), it's sorta closer to the ingame version... I think. Phew. Anyway, this is the best version of this already good track I found on the interwebs.
I'm in a spelling confusion about how you spell Erich's name. There are two variants floating about, and both are unmistakably German in origin. Erich's a normal German name, whereas Ehrlich means 'honest'. As a native German speaker, I therefore tend to assume the former.

The beginning just reminds me of the Shoot the Bullet menu theme. Cant help the associations. Otherwise, Touhou main theme doing a cameo... it could have used a less heavy style methinks. Theres some fabulous ambient instruments going on, and the e-guitar just sorta... ruins it.")
