AKA, devlog 5! I start on a new minigame where every item is a spell, and I steal Noita's wand crafting mechanics WITHOUT so much as a hint of shame. Eventually I plan to turn this into some kind of spellcasting UHC chaos minigame. Now you know how to use JSON files in minecraft (Minecraft JSON files), how to do minecraft JSON builds, and no longer require a minecraft json editor (because you can type it by hand ;) You can use this to write minecraft json messages, which contain colors, italics/bold/obfuscated/magic (like in books). Theres also a minecraft JSON world generator, meaning custom world generation settings use JSON! As do JSON custom models (block models/item models/mob models if youre using optifine). Some commands use JSON, but some use NBT format. Know the different between json and minecraft NBT format! NBT is whats used for /data and entity data or player data, or detecting data. JSON is used for text in commands like /tellraw, /title, /team (suffixes/prefixes/display names), books, signs, /give item lore and custom names, etc. Its super important that you learn how this stuff works! You might be wondering how to make walls in minecraft with commands. Ill tell you. Youll know how to use replace command in minecraft, and how to use hollow command in minecraft. Just so you know this command works in version 1.18, 1.17, 1.16, 1.16.2, 1.8, 1.15, 1.12, 1.14, and even the cursed 1.13. Thats all the versions. This is intended to be the minecraft fill command for java, or PC, but this will (sigh) also work on bedrock, xbox, ps4, ps5(?), switch, pe.
