You can now submit a question to the Show using the Google Hangout Q&A application. To use this feature you need to be viewing the show from the "Events" page which is:

Then click the Q&A logo at the top right of the video stream. A new page will open; click the "Ask a question" button at the bottom right hand side and submit your question.
