Maggie Gyllenhaal visits the BFI IMAX to discuss her career to date, including a reinvention of the story of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, The Bride!

Over the last 20 years Gyllenhaal has emerged as one of the most exciting voices of contemporary cinema, with her last film The Lost Daughter garnering her BAFTA and Academy Award nominations. Her career as an actor includes Golden Globe and Academy Award-nominated titles such as Secretary, Sherrybaby, and Crazy Heart, as well as contemporary classics Donnie Darko and The Dark Knight.
