Mage's Initiation: Reign of the Elements is a 2019 Quest for Glory and King's Quest inspired adventure game from Himalaya Studios - the people who created VGA style remakes of early King's Quest and Quest for Glory titles under the name AGD Interactive. Mage's Initiation tells the story of a young mage named D'arc who is going through his initiation to become a fully fledged fire mage. He must complete a string of trials which leads him to discover a sinister plot involving one of his own at his Mage's Tower.
In part one of this Mage's Initiation playthrough, we get into the game and discover our three trials, the first of which requires getting a lock of hair from a dangerous Priestess on an island castle masked by illusion.
