It's a sword that explodes instead of critting, a robe that increases the width of your charge and gives little fiery effects, a trinket that revives you in an explosion, and a hat that doesn't do anything special. Usually the sword doesn't explode that much, but that's random chance for you.
These four items are a set of IAP that are in the game on release. Don't worry, there's another sword and trinket that provide similar functions, that you just find in chests. We'll probably put an IAP loot set in each update, to help fund new modes and other free content.
