I made this from Yuki's POV, as if he was feeling like "I hope you're happy (with Uenoyama), but don't be happier (than when we were together)" to Mafuyu while watching him from above. I just thought it was a cool idea and point of view.
Also just wanted to mention that Given sometimes gets a bad rap just because it's a BL (Boys Love), but honestly it is one of the best BLs I've seen in terms of representation. If you haven't seen it, check it out.
