Man of Honor adds two chapters to the game, set during the early days of Enzo Favara's service to the Torrisi family. In these chapters, Enzo teams up with the mafioso Ennio Salieri, whom fans of the series will recognize as the Don from the first Mafia game. The expansion depicts Salieri before he emigrated and rose to power in America.
