Modding the Sheriff response to be a little bit more believable in terms of scale and response for a small county like Sinclair Parish (even if it's a Sundown county). Layout of the response and tactics are also affected, made drive-bys exclusive for rifle carrying cops.

More edits to come once and if a better understanding of the appropriate files is compiled in my research. City police tables are not accessible to be tweaked unfortunately.
