There are a lot of unhealthy vices in the world. Coupled with how overwhelming, confusing and frustrating trying to navigate life can be, it’s almost too easy to turn to self destructive behaviors. Texting an Ex late at night, drinking too much and then buying dumb stuff off the internet. But I have found it helpful when these self destructive tendencies kick in to have a healthy alternative for all that angst…. Tattoos and Therapy… wanna text an ex… call my therapist… want to go out to the club… go get a tattoo instead. If tattoos aren’t your thing… they can be replaced with anything that is a healthy coping mechanism that feels right…. Reading books and therapy… watching avatar the last air bender and therapy, call of duty and therapy… but do note that in all cases therapy is recommended…
