The Madhouse Tarot is a deck created by Eugene Vinitski and the guidebook was written by Elsa Khapatnukovski. It's creation is based on the diary of a man who lived in an asylum for several years in the early 20th century. Eugene states that the diary fell into his hands by chance and that he used the drawings and notes from this journal as inspiration in creating this deck.
