Made Wingding a playable character in Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville

Wingding has been sitting at his counter for too long, it's time to take him to the battlefield.
Wingding belongs to the Gnome class, so he is an opponent for both Plants and Zombies.
Winding has 125 HP and an additional 75 HP in the form of a shield.

Passive Ability - Shield

The shield has a durability of 75 HP, the shield does not restore its armor and disappears after being destroyed.
