Games Workshop are putting up some very old models on made to order soon (April 2024) but I already have most of them. Nevertheless, I'll show you how I painted mine and talk about their very old rules, because that's my schtick.

Paints used...
Ork skin: Citadel Contrast Gutrippa Flesh
Clothes: Citadel Contrast Baal Red
Shoes and stuff: Vallejo Model Color Black
To highlight black parts, and the axe: Citadel Fenrisian Grey
Metal bits: Army Painter Gun Metal
Leathers: Vallejo Model Color Flat Earth
Backpack: Vallejo Model Color Golden Yellow
Backpack shade: Reikland Fleshshade
Lips: Citadel Screamer Pink and Army Painter Barbarian Flesh
Power Cables: Citadel Macragge Blue and Lothern Blue
Teeth: Vallejo Model Color Tan Earth and Dark Sand
Base rim: Army Painter Goblin Green
Base Top: Tan Earth and Dark Sand*

*probably, it was a while ago. I said texture paint in the video but I may have stuck sand down first.
