2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the U.S. and the 150th of Colorado’s statehood. Though not a state at the nation’s founding, Colorado helped shape iconic landmarks. Marble, a small mountain town, supplied Yule marble for the Lincoln Memorial. This episode explores the quarry’s history, the town’s rise and fall, and its artistic revival.
