Maddox vs Cricket. Who wins? The cricket bar I ate tasted like a normal protein bar (albeit, one of the fruitier ones). They aren't bad, but aren't great either. I would definitely eat more crickets in the future, not because they're sustainable or nutritious, but purely out of spite.
