I converted the game (ps2) from .bin to .iso, grabbed the sound.dat file and opened it in DFR5. I then extracted all the files within, but none of them had proper names or file formats. I decided to take a random file (literally the first one) and made it .wav, it was this song in full quality which is what I was there for in the first place.
This is the greatest luck of all time.
