Thanksgiving is nine days away. Are you visiting your family? Are you hosting a big dinner? Are you not American so who cares what is Thanksgiving? Regardless of what YOU are doing, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will be happening, and that means millions of people are going to attend this crazy flow of shit down the street. There's going to be live performances from a lot of people trying to get your parents to know their name: Nick Jonas, Megan Trainer, Lucy Hale, KISS (what?), the Madden Brothers, Miss USA, Sabrina Carpenter, a bunch of cheerleaders, big balloons, marching bands, clowns and, most importantly to my new friend Vivi: Hilary Duff. I did love Lizzie McGuire when I was growing up (I'll state that very vaguely so it's not certain when in the growing-up phase I was exactly when that was on the air) but I'll admit I dropped off the Hilary wagon around when she got veneers. No longer the girl next door, Hil. Anyways: she's the only pop culture reference Vivi has really had her whole life so it's understandable she's excited. Good luck next week Vivi!
