Mackenzie Crook spoke to Rory O'Connor about his show Detectorists after winning Best Comedy at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards 2018.

The actor, writer and director also detailed his dramatic transformation into Britannia's Veran.

Mackenzie later revealed his favourite scene ever recorded after starring as Ragetti in Pirates of the Caribbean and Gareth Keenan in The Office.
