Machining (24) Stainless Steel Conveyor Rollers for a customer project. (48) holes to be drilled to a depth of 1.3 inches (33mm) and then tapped 5/16-18 to a depth of 1 inch (25.4mm). A total of 7” of customer material was wasted due to broken taps. Atlas 12” Commercial Lathe. Lots of machining and my thought process to complete the job…hope you enjoy!
