Machining some cast billets at the moment. These are 80mm dia and 80mm long. I need to make 4 of these for the engine build. Facing cuts were 1mm (40thou) deep and parallel passes were 2mm (80thou) deep. Feed rate at 0.2mm/rev (0.008”). Running a CNMG insert from my good buddy Arty over @LivetoolsNewcastle
