A full English cover of MachineGun Kiss from scratch! I remade the whole instrumental and recorded all vocals.
This was actually a mostly-complete demo that I shelved over a year ago for my album, The Video Game Songbook 2 - just after the release of the first album. I just couldn't get the guitars right. But I revisited it this month and, with my more experience, I was able to fix up the track into a complete state by the end of the day! I am happy to release it in this state as a rescued demo.
This song has been featured in almost every Yakuza game since its debut in Yakuza 4, including the recent Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
