I still haven't gotten all of the details on this story yet, but the video doesn't lie. I'm not sure what kind of drill this was, but it is at least concerning that if they were going to be conducting drills of some sort, that there should have been a public warning.

Some are calling it a martial law drill, but I am reserving my call on this until I can do more investigation, I'm just providing you the footage that I have found...
