In this video, I talk about what it’s been like traveling with the MacBook Neo, why its performance has been surprisingly good enough for most of what I do on the road, and why the lack of Thunderbolt and limited USB-C connectivity has become a much bigger problem than I expected.
I’ll also explain why the MacBook Neo still makes a lot of sense for students, casual users, and anyone looking for the cheapest MacBook possible — but why professionals already invested in Thunderbolt docks, SSDs, and a larger Apple workflow may be better off with a MacBook Air.
