Our Sunday Service: January 25th
Summary:
Many of us believe, with good reasons, that helping people in desperate need is good for everybody.
We believe that we are interconnected, and that easing the suffering of people who are far away, will ease the suffering of those who are close by. But our government’s policies has cancelled aid to many countries resulting in hardships we can only imagine.
A Native Ugandan will share her experiences about the real effects of losing financial and medical aid from the US. Join us this Sunday as we discuss putting compassion back into politics again, even as our country pulls away from our important connections with humanity at large.
