Part 2 is here! I'm going to show you how to fix the processor unknown in os x but to change the default processor, you need to change the "UnknownCPUType" in AppleSystemInfo.string in System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/English.lproj
This idea is taken from Tech Reviews' video which talks about installing bootloader in OS X El Capitan
