So, when I was originally porting this song to the FM Towns using Furnace, one of the lead patches had its 4th operator disabled. This made me think that it was intended to sound like how it did in the song I linked in the description in the my upload of it in my main channel (youtu.be/omd1cNnexx4), so I set the TL value of the operator to match how it sounded in the BambooTracker module. However, I discovered (thanks to someone bringing it up in a Discord server) that in maak's original recording, said operator of said lead patch was actually enabled. Thus, here is an alternate version of my FM Towns port of Breeze 2608 with one of the lead patches sounding closer to maak's original recording. Hello folks. What I have here is a 5-minute sampler containing snippets of songs I wrote for Chords this past year.
What is Chords?
This is a homebrew Genesis/Mega Drive game thats been in development since 2023 by Pixel Pusher Games. I was brought on to this project in December 2023 to make the songs for the game, and it has been a blast to do so the past year! The game is heavily inspired by Hideo Kojimas 1988 game Snatcher, developed and published by Konami. The only thing I will say about Chords is that it has a storyline that involves a band, artificial intelligence, and a talking robot cat.
