The M5 iPad Pro finally brings high refresh rate support to external displays, up to 6K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz with full Adaptive Sync compatibility.
But every review I’ve read or watched made this sound plug and play. And it is, if your monitor has USB-C.
My gaming monitor does not. So it was a little trickier.
In this video, I break down everything you need to know to get the most out of the M5 iPad Pro’s new display output capabilities via DisplayPort (which is what ended up working for me), and also go through the various settings you can tweak.
