Pasteurization set consisting of the M-350 pasteurizer (175-350 liters/47-92 gallons of egg mass pasteurized in a production cycle of 4-6h/cycle), the Chiller, the Filter and the Filling machine for BagInBox bags. M-350 enables recording of the full process over a production cycle with the possibility of saving the data on external storage. Pasteurized egg mass can be stored for up to 30 days. After work completion, the machine can be cleaned with a built-in CIP system.
