Designed by John Garand and adopted by the US Military as the standard battle rifle in 1936 the M1 Garand is a legendary rifle called "The greatest battle implement ever devised by man" by Gen. George S. Patton.
The Rifle I use was manufactured in September of 1942 at Springfield Armory. It is 75 years old and apparently I can't do math in my head while talking. :)
I know I only showed 7 rounds fired instead of 8. Somewhere I fired a round that didn't make it on video.
