Testing the reproduction M4 bayonet on my WW2 M1 carbine that has the bayonet lug present.
Overall despite being a short rifle the bayonet and carbine make a good combo, definitely one of the best rifle designs of WW2, the M4 bayonet is very similar to a KABAR knife from the same period.
