Order! Order in the court!!! M. Night Shyamalan is being sued over his acclaimed (by us, I guess) Apple TV series Servant being eerily similar to a 2013 film called The Truth About Emanuel. Remember that movie? Probably not. We've already endured 40 hours of testimony from the defendant, so now it's only fair to hear from the plaintiff. Will we discover that M. Night Shyamalan was, in fact, the sole audience member to see the film in Philadelphia over a decade ago?! Or will we award him a billion dollars for putting up with this crap? Overruled!!!!!
