A magnitude 3.3 earthquake hit 3 km east-southeast of Larkfield-Wikiup, just north of Santa Rosa, California, at 10:33 a.m. PDT Thursday, September 3, 2026. Depth 8.8 km. USGS event nc75429272. More than 1,800 people reported feeling it from Santa Rosa to Petaluma, Hayward, and San Francisco. No damage or injuries. The quake occurred near the Rodgers Creek Fault as right-lateral strike-slip, not a thrust. Magnitude was first listed as 3.5, then revised to 3.3.
