More than 1,800 people reported feeling it from Santa Rosa to Petaluma, Hayward, and San Francisco. No damage or injuries. The quake occurred near the Rodgers Creek Fault as right-lateral strike-slip, not a thrust. Magnitude was first listed as 3.5, then revised to 3.3.
