Since these webs are probably designed to block ultraviolet, to either protect the Earth, or to deliver a bioweapon, it made more sense to me, to test the optical characteristics, instead of just doing a metals composition test. Microscopic View of Chemtrail Webs Oct 25 2015 The HAARP Report 2015-10-26 | This is a microscopic view of the chemtrail "spider webs", which were shown in my earlier video "Chemtrail Webs in Texas, Oct 25, 2015" youtu.be/KJMgYdExWjQFirst, a very fine dog hair is shown, compared to a very fine human hair. Then, some real spider silk is shown. The last part shows the chemtrail web material, and how it forms "tangles" as it falls from the sky. The fine human hair is about 40 times wider than the chemtrail fibers. The real spider silk was two to four times wider than the chemtrail fibers, but thousands of times stronger. Some chemtrail fibers were very thin, but others were wider. This shows that the fibers are growing in diameter, not just length, as they fall. So, the polymerization is not just linear, but also adds to the width of the fiber. This could point to an electrical attraction, in addition to chemical bonding. I plan on doing better microscopic videos in the future, so this was just a warm-up, using some very dirty slides, and an old microscope. Chemtrail Webs in Texas Oct 25, 2015 The HAARP Report 2015-10-25 | This shows chemtrail "cob webs" hanging on tree limbs, in late October. There are NO spiders, this time of year, but all morning, "spider" webs have been falling from HIGH UP in the sky. Silver threads were falling all morning, but by afternoon, mostly white clumps were falling. Also, the tree webs start to clump together, as time goes on, so they disappear after a few gusts of wind. A falling clump can be seen at 0:56, which proves these are not being spun by spiders in a tree.These fibers are extremely reflective, so these are certainly the end stage of one type of chemtrail nano-polymer. As the chemtrails polymerize, over time, they get too heavy to stay suspended, and fall out of the sky, with the appearance of normal spider webs (to maintain deniability). Hurricanes can be steered, or destroyed, by this technology. This video shows proof of an ionospheric control operation, which stopped the rotation of hurricane Andres, on June 2nd/3rd, 2015. California Drought Update April 28, 2015, Hawaii Low Destroyed The HAARP Report 2015-04-28 | This shows a low pressure system, being destroyed, on April 25, 2015. This probably would have brought heavy rains to California, but now, we'll never know.For the meteorologists: The low pressure was not destroyed by a southerly inflow of warm air, since the surface low continued to strengthen, at the same time, that the low pressure in the jetstream vanished. Therefore, any change in water temperature, or warm air inflow at the surface had NOTHING to do, with the sudden disappearance of the low pressure, in the jet stream. I am asking for 1,000 people, on the west coast, to use this approach to fight the weather terrorists: Use a second PC, to download new weather maps, every 12 hours. A cheap KVM (keyboard video monitor) switch will let you use a single monitor, mouse, and keyboard. After capturing a week of weather maps on the second PC, go through them, to look for abnormal events. This is the easiest, and cheapest, way to fight the weather warfare. California Drought Update, April 19, 2015, FIVE PROOFS of HAARP Created Drought The HAARP Report 2015-04-19 | This shows five proofs, that the California drought is manmade. This has been going on for months, constantly, so this video is nothing new. This video was made because I saw a collosal Haarp outflow boundary, and thought it warranted it's own video. The contractors, who edit the satellite images, have been told to NEVER show a Haarp outflow boundary, but in this case, it was so HUGE, that it did not meet the editing criteria (laid out by the Navy laison officer). So, it was a big screw-up, all around. It definitely needed a video, to show the world how powerful this technology is.How Do Ionospheric Heaters Control the Weather? The US Navy SBX-1 transmits 20 megawatts of microwave power, in a pinpoint, computer steered beam. It is similar to a drop of water, shot up by waves crashing together. The D layer is the lowest layer, and is 30 miles up. It only forms in the daytime, and that is why, Haarp weather control only happens mid morning, to early evening. The pinpoint beam, of the ionospheric heater, chases the smoke ring shaped "plasmoid", downwards, by heating the top side. This keeps it moving down, while maintaining the needed ionization. Shaping, and aiming, are done at this time, and the microwave power requirement increases with the density of the surrounding air. As the plasmoid hits the upper atmosphere, it shows up as an unexplained high pressure, in the jetstream. Many times, the inertia of the descending plasma is enough to produce a series of concentric, dry air, roll clouds, in the mid layers of the atmosphere. These dry air, concentric, roll clouds move radially outward, for hours, and are PROOF, that a "Haarp downburst" just occurred. These Haarp downbursts were commonly seen in shortwave infrared, on GOES-15, before I began this youtube channel. For the first six months of this channel, most of my disclosures were followed by more photoshopping of the satellite images. This culminated in NASA deleting years of their Terra and Aqua satellite images, since it was too costly to photoshop all the old hi-res pictures. NASA claims it was a hard drive failure - how pathetic! Now, we have blurred IR satellite images, with almost no detail, as a result of this covert, weather warfare program. The ionosphere is a HUGE reservoir of potential energy, and by using an ionspheric heater in the right way, the ionosphere will AMPLIFY the energy transmitted into it. This is how a thousand-mile-wide weather event can be created by a few US Navy, 20 Megawatt (average power), pin-point beam, microwave transmitters. It has taken the US Navy, about 20 years, to figure all of this out, build the SBX platforms, write the software, and put up the needed satellites. So, here's the evidence, made public on youtube. Our planet is dying VERY RAPIDLY now, as a result of the Ionospheric Heaters (and chemtrails). The oceans are dying, because of increasing ultraviolet-B. The modern Haarp transmitters punch holes in the ozone layer, since they must drive a plasmoid, from 30 miles high, down to the jet stream, which is 5 miles high. The ozone layer is 18 miles up, so each ionospheric weather control operation, is punching holes in the ozone layer, and mixing the chemtrails vertically, which breaks down the protective ozone layer. The pacific is dying because the base of the food chain, phyto-plankton, are being killed by the high UV-B, created by the ionospheric heaters. Fukushima is being used as a "cover" for the excess UV-B, caused by Haarp and chemtrails. Polar Vortex Psy-Op, created by SBX Ionospheric Heater, Melts Arctic Methane, 12 30 14 The HAARP Report 2014-12-31 | This video shows how the SBX-type ionospheric heaters are being used in the eastern Pacific, to drag cold air, down into the USA. At the same time, warm air is being pushed into Alaska, which is accelerating the melting of the East Siberian Arctic Shelf (ESAS). A "TEXTBOOK", crystal clear, Haarp downburst is shown, a thousand miles west of Baja, California. The purpose of the downburst, is to prevent a low pressure from forming, west of Baja, which would break up the "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure, holding the Polar Vortex in place. Also, manmade high pressure (Haarp downbursts) were used, for four days in a row, to keep a low pressure from forming, north of Hawaii. If this low pressure had formed, it would have caused the manmade high pressure, west of California, to break down. Dr. Natalia Shakhova has stated that, up to 5,000 gigatons of methane is capped by frozen sediments, only 150 feet deep, under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf (ESAS). The total amount of methane, in the atmosphere, right now, is 5 gigatons. So, if the ESAS warms enough to melt the shallow sea floor, the amount of methane in the atmosphere will increase by 1,000 times. Since methane is roughly 1/3 of the total greenhouse gas, right now, this melting would mean a 300 fold increase in greenhouse gas, over the next few decades. This would drive global temperatures to unbelievable levels. Preventing this methane release is the most extreme planetary emergency, and warrants all possible efforts to stop the melting of this shallow sea. The Haarp and Aerosol program managers are deliberately pushing cold air down into the USA, as a psychological operation, to hide the fact, that the ESAS arctic methane emergency is imminent. By hiding this planetary emergency, enough delay can be created, that it will be unstoppable, by the time world leaders take it seriously. This is also the reason the IPCC does not include the accelerating methane release in any of its climate projections. Both the IPCC, and the "ice age" propaganda are delaying tactics, to guarantee a global depopulation.The controllers of these geoengineering programs are the worst criminals in modern history. SBX Haarp Prevents Snowpack in Sierras, PROOF, on 12 03 2014 The HAARP Report 2014-12-03 | This video shows Haarp downbursts breaking up a powerful low pressure, off the coast of California, between Nov 30 to Dec 3rd, 2014. Pacific Low Killed to Maintain Polar Vortex, 11 27 14 The HAARP Report 2014-11-28 | My browser crashed the moment I finished this video (how's that for karma!) A huge low pressure in the Pacific was mysteriously destroyed, which had the effect of maintaining the northerly fold in the jetstream. During three days of watching the strange breakdown of this low pressure, there was a short time, where CLOCKWISE movement of the clouds was visible. This CW movement proves descending air was being pressed down on top of the low pressure. According to the pressure maps, this descending air was NOT NATURAL!!! Also, the surface pressure map was never shown, during the 26th, when continuous Haarp downbursts broke up the low pressure. The Haarp operators have refined the software, to make it very hard to find proof of the manmade descending air, but this video shows eight pieces of strong evidence: 1) the center of the low pressure never had a core of tall clouds, 2) five or six "pinwheel" clouds (Haarp outflow boundaries) existed for two days, around the center of the low, 3) the low pressure was completely blown apart, before making landfall, as usual, 4) destroying the low was required to maintain the polar vortex, and the California drought, 5) the greatest strengthening happened during the nighttime hours, since the Haarp Transmitters cannot reach out very far at night, 6) CLOCKWISE rotation of the clouds PROVES descending air, where there is NO NATURAL EXPLANATION, 7) the mysterious disappearance of a huge amount of angular momentum, with no apparent reason, 8) the typical Haarp downburst appearance, of a low pressure being broken up into smaller eddies, which are then each broken up, to stop rotation, with no natural cause.Again, this has to do with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and some group having enough prior knowledge about the "Polar Vortex", to take on the counter-party risk, and enter into Heating Degree Day weather futures contracts with major midwestern cities. This prior knowledge allows this group to make millions of dollars in easy profit, with no risk. This is a vicious abuse of the American people, and economy, meanwhile hiding the fact that the Earth is entering a doomsday heating phase. Polar Vortex Created in Four Steps, on 11 24 14 The HAARP Report 2014-11-25 | This video shows, for the first time, all four weather warfare operations, which are needed, to create the "Polar Vortex" over the USA. The new discovery, is that a Haarp transmitter was used on November 23rd, to create an blockage in the jetstream, over the Texas panhandle. This obstruction caused the jetstream to fold farther north, into Canada. This deep fold is the last step in creating the artificial cold weather of the "Polar Vortex". The jetstream control in the western US causes the weather in the eastern US to be "crazy", as the jetstream whipsaws back and forth in the eastern US.
