The hydration factor is the same for both of these on me as well. So despite them having different skin care ingredients, the wear is what I care about most. Skincare in makeup is fine, but I rely on my eye cream for the bulk of the benefits. The makeup is just a bonus, and what matters to me is the wear and the amount of hydration/dryness it contributes to my under eye area.
