And my guess will be as soon as his elections are over, you're going to see a plane full of Canadian negotiators find out. Go. Come on, come on. We'll give it to you before your election. We're just being used by them, right? That's what happened. That's why it ended. It didn't happen for math. The math was sensational. It was a great deal that we shook hands on."

People say, oh, don't overstate that it's dangerous, look, there are chunks of concrete falling off the ceiling in the garage, when it fell off last time at at 4:00 in the morning, okay, you clean it up in the morning, but if it fell on somebody, that would be be an unmitigated disaster and if it falls on cars when when you're in there, it's this, that will close the institution and create a horrible event. So this building needs to be renovated and restored."

"In a very reasonable way, the board came up and said, look, let's vote to close it after we've had these expert reports that were filed by the way, with this court last week, multi hundred page reports analyzing every detail of the center, saying basically it will cost $4-500 million if you do it over time, or it'll cost 257 million, if President (Donald) Trump is the construction manager and look, he has the power and and he has the expertise to get this done. He is the greatest builder in the world and he will get it done on time, on budget and there will be an extraordinary grand opening of the greatest building of performing arts. But it will be called the John F Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts, so that that's yesterday okay. What the board also decided is, the board decided it wanted to acknowledge President Trump by saying underneath the name of the building, which will remain the John F Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts, renovated and restored by President Donald J. Trump."
