After Learn 2 Kaizo and 2 Kaizo 2 Learn, I was pretty hyped for this as well, but this was way harder and just a lot less fun. I really wasn't a fan of how this is designed. For the other tutorial hacks you have really short levels and then a castle level, which puts the new knowledge to the test. The concept is the same here, but here it's just all levels in a row, which is a pretty lazy design and also quite frustrating when you get stuck on a level knowing you have to do it later in the middle of an attempt.
Eventually I quit to castle 4, since I couldn't build up any consistency at all.

Some day I lost motivation for the game I was currently streaming, so I decided to end stream. I had like 3h of free time and decided to look through some games I quit and saw this one. I was really rusty, so I spent over an hour relearning the stage. After some retroarch login problems I was able to start attempts and with some I mean a lot, since no matter what I tried it wouldn't work, even after resetting my password and setting everything up again. It eventually fixed itself with a pc restart. Anyway attempts went quite poorly and only got worse to the point I couldn't even get the first jump anymore. At that point I was glad I didn't stream it.
I continued and eventually got to the midway. The 2nd part was way harder for me, because I could not get the first jump down, but somehow I got it within in a few attempts. I still expected I spent a long time on it, because of the first half, but when I looked at the recording time it only said 15 minutes.

I continued on stream and while castle 5 and 6 were really brutal as well, I eventually got through them. Then I got to the moon in the midair shell jump level (1:24:28) and holy shit that was one of the most miserable things I've ever done. I think I spent around 3h on this while getting over the gap 8 times without grabbing the moon somehow.

There was another really difficult level. I spent a couple hours on it and when I opened OBS to end my recording I still saw the first frame of the recording. I hoped it's only a display issue, but nope my entire recording was just that frame for some reason. Audio worked fine, but rest of the video was screwed.
I also ran in other editing problems. I had to download the stuff I did before coming back to this, since I deleted it off my pc and if I download vids from my pc I can't add it to other stuff for some reason. Then one part randomly got corrupted and I had to download it from twitch and edit everything again. Wasted another couple hours with all of that.

Anyway this hack has some pretty interesting stuff, especially the glitches section, which was super sick. But I really would not recommend this set to beginners. The normal levels are fine, but the of the castles and moons are just way too much.
