1 August 2019: This is the afternoon program that included the actual dedication of the LURE IEEE Milestone plaque in the lobby of the Shane 120" Reflector Telescope on Mt. Hamilton above San Jose, CA, at Lick Observatory. Included are stories told before and after the dedication, including by Hal Walker (who fired the laser) and Remington Stone (who synchronized Hal's laser with the retroreflector left on the moon by Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin).
