Tenor Benjamin Butterfield and pianist Kinza Tyrrell join host Giuseppe (Joey) Pietraroia for the first event filmed live-to-tape back in the Baumann Centre!

Praised by The New York Times as "clarion-voiced and vibrant", Benjamin Butterfield is known for his performances throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Benjamin has a long history of performing in Victoria, including his portrayal of the role of Mime in 'Das Rheingold' for Pacific Opera.
Accompanying Benjamin is pianist Kinza Tyrrell. A Victoria native and the Music Director for The Flight of the Hummingbird, Kinza is one of Canada’s most sought after vocal coaches and répétiteurs, and is the Principle Répétiteur and Music Director of Vancouver Opera in Schools at Vancouver Opera.
