In January, we got a visit from Juan Browne, who operates the aviation-focused 'Blancolirio' YouTube Channel. His videos use mapping and open source intelligence to analyze aviation disasters and distill complex incidents down to actionable lessons learned.

Juan flew up to Chico and we toured a couple of the firefighting air tanker facilities at the Chico Airport,. After we filmed this video, over lunch, we took a scenic flight over the 450,000 acre Park Fire, which burned 18 months earlier. This flight is featured in our first video of this 3-part series (this interview is part 2).
