Join me for lunch in Brussels as a Eurostar Train Manager based in London.
Together with the Train Driver Roger we head to Brussels Central Station from where it’s just a few metres to Pure Veg India. Pure Veg India is 100% vegetarian and about 90% of the offering is vegan. The all you can eat Thali is currently €14.95 (July 2026). The food is wonderfully tasty and we ate loads - it’s a good job I was walking all the way back to London! 😂
