In order to have NPC minis and monsters for my D&D in a Castle game that fits the time period, I decided to take some HeroClix I found on Toad and Troll and kitbash them to suit my needs. Today you can see how I prep and decide what to I'll need to do to give them a little tweak and improve on their look. Since time is a bit factor for me, a lot will focus on how I can improve what is already there instead of a full paint strip.
The minis I worked with today were Alfred Pennyworth #10 and GCPD Sergeant #5 from the HeroClix Batman/Gotham City collections. I found them on Toad and Troll along with a great selection of other HeroClix. **I purchased these minis with my own funds and in no way is Toad and Troll sponsoring this video**
