A known fault with Lunar caravans fitted with the huge and heavy roof window. Thin wood was used for the roof supports and that was notched to allow for easier cable routing.
This Lunar Lexon 640 is 10 years old.
The roof fault started 3 to 4 years ago.
The Sargent EC175 fault is new.
The hydraulic self levelling system wouldn't work because the battery was flat. This led back to the Sargent EC175 power supply. First fault is with the charger power switch. This is available from RS Components.
