On the night of the lunar eclipse on January 20th 2019, I took photos of the moon roughly every 2, 3 or 4 minutes apart using my 6" f/7.5 homemade telescope with my phone adapted to an 18mm eyepiece. By the time the moon was red at around midnight, I was too tired and packed it up, but it was fun experiencing this.
I had a very difficult time getting PIPP to stabilize the image, probably because the moon was partially out of the field of view in the shots. I had to manually align the frames, and I did a mediocre job there...
