Lunar Eclipse 97% Montreal Aug 27/28 2026

The Moon with another celestial spectacle on the night of August 27–28, 2026, with a partial lunar eclipse visible in Québec. The eclipse lasted from 9:23 p.m. EDT on August 27 to 3:01 a.m. on August 28, as the Moon passes through Earth’s shadow. This time, the eclipse is partial, since the Moon did not pass completely into Earth’s umbra. About 7% of the lunar surface remained in the penumbra.

First time out in months with an SLR camera lol.. it felt like camping. The sound of the crickets here are amazing. Warm perfect night. A true cacophony of crickets.... like my channel lol
